The region is believed to be the main wildfire risk, with about 16,000 people now expected to move into Los Angeles County with the latest reports.
An estimated 250,000 people are expected to burn through the Valley in 2017.
Aerial images from aerial photography showed heavy smoke rising into the sky in the air in the area, with high winds blowing at gusts of up to 75 mph (155 km/h) that were strongest in the area.
Tens of thousands of tourists from Australia , Britain , New Zealand, Australia, Canada , Mexico and India have been heading for the area to take part in the wildfire relief efforts .
The National Weather Service warned of "potentially extreme" winds and thunderstorms with possible gusts up to 225 mph, and a maximum of 4,000 firefighters including at least 25,000 National Guards and 30 helicopters.
The wildfire is expected to burn up to 1,000,000 acres, while major firefighting efforts are already underway.

In California and Northern Arizona the wildfires caused at least 50 deaths, the largest fires on record in California and Arizona .
"The impact of this fire will need to be felt as long as people remain safe," Kelli Smith, a fire expert at the Center for Biological Diversity said.
Fire experts, particularly those from national parks, California and Northern Arizona National Guard troops, said they were "aware of the fire potential" surrounding parts of the evacuation area, but had limited access to the ground to help maintain the fire's containment capabilities.
