As it says on the website: "For the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) to continue building a solar powered CubeSats, the U.S. government must provide a suitable system for the CubeSat to be transported off the moon, on a space station. The U.S. government will set forth this development plan by the end of 2017 in its annual report," the agency says.
